This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of courses and services offered by Drozbloxvorx. We strive to provide high-quality 3D modeling education, and your satisfaction is important to us.
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Student
For course cancellations, the following refund schedule applies:

| 7-13 days before course start date | 75% refund |
| 3-6 days before course start date | 50% refund |
| Less than 3 days before course start date | No refund |

To request a cancellation, you must notify us in writing via email at info@drozbloxvorx.world. The date of the email timestamp will be considered the official cancellation date.
Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your enrolled course, you may transfer to a future course offering subject to the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the course start date
- A transfer fee of £75 applies to all transfers
- You may only transfer once per enrollment
- The transferred enrollment must be used within 6 months of the original course date
Cancellation by Drozbloxvorx
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the following options:
- A full refund of all fees paid
- Transfer to another course date (if available) at no additional cost
- Credit toward a different course of equal or lesser value (with a refund of any price difference)
We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date.
Payment Plan Cancellations
If you have enrolled in a course using our payment plan option:
- Cancellation before the course starts: You will be refunded according to the schedule above, minus any payment plan processing fees
- Cancellation after the course starts: You remain responsible for all remaining payments as agreed in your payment plan contract
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent course attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. Such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Documentation may be required to support claims of special circumstances.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to complete the refund process.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not apply retroactively to enrollments made before the change.
